Decision on introduction of the Information Catalogue of the State Audit Office

Pursuant to Article 22, Paragraph 4 of the Act on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette No. 172/03), Auditor General has adopted a

D E C I S I O N

on introduction of the Information Catalogue of the State Audit Office

Article 1

In pursuance to this decision, the Information Catalogue shall be introduced and the State Audit Office shall be the owner, user and supervisor of the content thereof, with the aim of granting the right of access to information in accordance with the Act on the Right of Access to Information.

Article 2

Information catalogue shall contain an overview of information covering the scope and authority of the State Audit Office.

Article 3

Information catalogue shall be maintained in electronic form and publicly available on www.revizija.hr, the official Internet page of the State Audit Office.

Article 4

The person granted the right to access information can exercise such a right by filing a written or oral request.

Data relevant for identifying the information required; first name, last name and address of natural persons; name and address of legal entities granted the right of access to information.

The request can also be made by dialling the following telephone number: 01/481 33 01.

Oral requests are to be received and recorded on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8.30 to 10.30 a.m. at the State Audit Office, Tkalčićeva 19, Zagreb.

Official responsible for right of access to information (P.R. Officer) is Ms. Biserka Čoh Mikulec.

Article 5

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
