Bilateral expert seminar of the Audit Office of Institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the State Audit Office of the Republic of Croatia

The Audit Office of the Institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the State Audit Office of the Republic of Croatia held the first part of a joint expert seminar on 12 May 2026 in Sarajevo.
The first part of the seminar focused on the implementation of artificial intelligence in Supreme Audit Institutions as one of the most current topics and challenges, with special emphasis on the exchange of experiences, i.e. normative and technical solutions in the State Audit Office of the Republic of Croatia and the Audit Office of the Institutions of BiH in this area.
The second part of the meeting was dedicated to a discussion of practices and challenges in the implementation of performance audits that both institutions encounter in their work, as well as concrete examples, achieved impacts and results.
The continuation, i.e. the second part of the seminar, was agreed for the fourth quarter of this year, in Croatia.
