Trilateral meeting of the Heads of Supreme Audit Institutions of the Republic of Croatia, the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic

On September 3 and 4, 2026, Ivan Klešić, Auditor General of the Republic of Croatia held a trilateral meeting in Dubrovnik with Lubomir Andrassy, President of the National Audit Office of the Slovak Republic and Vice President of EUROSAI, Miloslav Kala, President of the National Audit Office of the Czech Republic and their associates.
The meeting discussed strategic planning as the basis for the proper functioning and development of Supreme Audit Institutions and monitoring their effects using key performance indicators (KPI), digitization of audit processes and the use of artificial intelligence, both in the work of Supreme Audit Institutions and in audit entities. They also discussed preparations for the next EUROSAI congress, which the Slovak Audit Office will host, and other issues important for the work of Supreme Audit Institutions.
The meeting in Dubrovnik was also a confirmation of good inter-institutional relations between the Supreme Audit Institutions of the Republic of Croatia, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, and the basis for their further strengthening and expansion. To this end, further joint activities at the bilateral and trilateral level were considered and agreed upon.
